PROJECT OVERVIEW

For June, the client has a sales revenue goal that was about CAD30k short and this campaign was created to boost sales. I led the strategy and execution of a 3 day flash sales email campaign delivered via Klaviyo. The campaign was also tailored to different audience segments, including a special targeted message to Quebec-based subscribers in recognition of Fête Nationale du Québec.

WHAT I DID

  1. Planned the overall concept, timeline, offer and messaging for the flash sale campaign.
  2. Isolated the Quebec segment to deliver a localized, culturally relevant offer for Fête Nationale du Québec, resulting in higher engagement.
  3. I wrote all emails, gave directions for the website design and wrote the website copy. Ensuring the message was punchy, time-sensitive, and conversion-focused.
  4. Designed the emails on figma and scheduled the campaign emails. Used dynamic blocks to personalize messaging.
  5. Tracked open, click, and conversion rates daily to optimize send times and subject lines in real time.
  6. Worked with the web design and engineering team to ensure the offer is set up and the landing page for the offer aligns with the design.
